Upcoming October regulation mandates Open Banking compliance; 99.99% of the public is unaware. Financial Institutions must be educated to inform customers about improved services and compliance, including within their own organizations.

FORMAT
Conferences will be streamed live from the OpenFinity website, and accessible online. Access is free. The format of each presentation if 45 minutes: 30 minutes + 15 minutes for Q&A via chat. Each conference will be recorded and available for replay through the OpenFinity website.
Language must be in English, both for content and speaking.

There are 16 tracks, or topics or discussion. You can see them listed above. You are welcome to combine several topics into your presentation. make you to select them in your application submission.

PRESENTATION DECK and YOUR PROFILE
If your session is confirmed, you agree to send us your slides at least 2 weeks prior to November 19, 2024. so we can prep them to go on streaming service. If there are major changes you need to make to your presentation before your conference, let us know ASAP and we will try to post your latest version but cannot guarantee it if it is at the last minute.

You are free to use your own PowerPoint template. However, we will add our OpenFinity logo at the bottom of each slide as a branded OpenFinity event. The first slide of each presentation will be provided by OpenFinity and you will have to use that first slide template customized with the specifics of your session and your profile. This is made to give a homogeneous community look-and-feel of the EXPO.
If your presentation is accepted, you will need to submit a 250 words max bio that will be published on the OpenFinity website along with the other speakers.
NO SALES or MARKETING PITCHES
Just like OpenFinity is a no solicitation community, we request no presentations be built around any specific product or service. We strictly enforce our “No Vendors” policy. This includes companies providing technology tools, services and consulting. Submissions from vendors not respecting this rule will not be considered and will be rejected.

HOUSE-KEEPING
This is a live, online conference, not a webinar. Your presentation will be going out to potentially thousands of people. We want to make sure your presentation goes off without a hitch. We therefore respectfully request that you do a few dry-run on your own before going live.
​
On the day of your presentation, you are expected to log in to the online environment “Green Room” a 1/2 hour in advance to do a final check of audio/video and then go directly to present.
​
THE STREAMING PLATFORM
The presentation platform for this event is StreamYard. We have used it before and found this to be a solid platform, making it easy to access, record, and save each presentation.
