Under the leadership of OpenFinity co-founder and President Laura Heritage, we are creating a new group for Women in Open Finance (WiOF) essentially for fostering gender diversity and inclusion in an industry historically dominated by men.

This group will complement and help to fulfill our OpenFinity mission to deliver community-powered education and support.

By fostering a dedicated space for women in open finance, we can empower women to share their experiences, challenges, and successes, thereby inspiring others and promoting a more balanced representation in leadership roles.

This initiative can also serve as a platform for mentorship, where experienced professionals can guide and support newcomers, fostering career growth and development.
