About the Speaker:
Mark Boyd is a researcher, policy analyst and writer who has been working in data systems and APIs, open banking/open finance and equity policy for over 30 years. He is the lead author of the European Commission's API Framework for Digital Government, and has advised the World Bank and IFC on enabling API technology for financial inclusion and on bank API pricing models. He has worked with private clients across the open banking and open finance space on go to market research, use case journeys, business model design, and ecosystem mapping. Platformable’s datasets have been used globally by leading payments providers and academics, in the US, across Europe, and in the UK. He runs his own data startup, Platformable, which releases the highly acclaimed Open Banking/Open Finance Quarterly Trends Report.
