Women in

Empowering and connecting women

in the Open Finance industry

World and women

Thank you for being a Women in Open Finance (WiOF) Member

Laura Heritage

Throughout my career, I've seen how much stronger tech and finance become when more perspectives are at the table.

Early on, there wasn't a clear framework to help women step into leadership. With Women in Open Finance, we're building that framework together.

This is a space for connection, support and growth. A place where women can learn from one another and lead with confidence.

Our Mentorship Program

While this program is not paid, and operates on a pro-bono basis, the role of a mentor provides an opportunity to give back, empower the next generation of women in open finance, and make a lasting impact on their careers.

Mentors will gain personal fulfillment, expand their professional networks, and enhance their leadership and coaching skills in a supportive community.

Within the limit of our capacity, OpenFinity will cover the cost for each approved mentor to participate in one coaching session with a professional coach
